- 2½ cups of fresh bluberries
- 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of blueberry Greek yogurt
- 3 - 6 Tbs of Agave nectar or honey (to taste)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place the blueberries in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- In a medium sized bowl, stir together the yogurts, agave or honey and vanilla extract, then stir in the blueberries.
- Fill the popsicle molds to the top, put the lid on and place the stick in.
- Place in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
Notes
The amount of agave or honey you add has everything to do with the sweetness of the yogurt and your personal taste, so start with 3 Tbs and go from there. These popsickle can be made with any fruit, delicious with fresh peaches! You could make these in Dixie cups with popsicle sticks, but they're easier to eat when made in the traditional shaped popsicle molds, I found mine in Target, they're also available on Amazon. To loosen them from the molds, just place them under running water for a few seconds.
