Quick and easy sauteed apples, excellent with roast pork! Use a tart apple, Granny Smith works well. Just core the apples, slice and saute in butter and add in the sugar and cinnamon, couldn't be any easier and they are TASTY!

Ingredients
- 6 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
- 3 Tbs of butter
- 2 heaping Tbs of granulated sugar
- 2 heaping Tbs of brown sugar
- 1 heaping tsp of cinnamon
Instructions
- This is quick and easy, just add the butter to a large skillet or pan, cook over medium heat until melted. Add in the apples and cook for 14 minutes or so until they are tender, stir occasionally.
- Then add in the sugars and cinnamon. Stir and cook 3 - 4 more minutes. All done!
