I always serve some kind of very special beef for my Christmas dinner entree, It’s been a tradition at The Cabin for years! This year I’m serving Beef Bourguignon and I’ll let you know how that goes! It’s been years since I’ve made it! But here are some of my tried and true, no-fail, beef dishes with very easy-to-follow instructions and they are all scrumptious! I’ll start with the King of all beef roasts, Prime Rib! But there’s also a whole Beef Tenderloin, several Filet Mignons with scrumptious sauces, Flank Steak with Cherry Port Sauce, Italian Brisket, Beef Braised in Chianti and of course Steaks with amazing sauces, I know you’ll find something you’ll love!
